Learning at The Royal School

At The Royal School, we believe that children learn best when attention is paid to the whole child.  We ensure that children are developing emotionally, spiritually and physically as well as academically.

Learning is set in realistic settings that give context and depth.  We want to not only cover the curriculum but to prepare children for a future in which critical thinking, creativity and communication will be essential.

We keep learning fun and play is seen as “children’s work”.

The school attainment results reflect the high expectation of maximum progress in learning for every child.
